PAGG:

Take PAG 3x daily with meals and AGG 1x daily at bedtime. Make sure you take your PAGG on the Cheat Day. It will help with insulin sensitivity. Pick a day halfway between your cheat day to skip taking PAGG. This will keep you sensitive to the ingredients.

What NOT to eat on the Slow Carb Diet:
• No grains or starchy tubers. Whole grain/wheat or not, don’t eat it.
(Oats, Rice, Pasta, Cereal, Tortillas, Bread, Quinoa , Corn, any kind of Potato or Yam.)
• Don’t eat or drink fruit (specifically sweet fruits that are high in fructose)
• No Dairy. Cottage cheese is ok. Heavy cream is may also be ok depending on your sensitivity to lactose. Lactose is a sugar.

  • Legumes
  • Vegetables
  • Eggs
  • Black Beans
  • Peas
  • Chicken
  • Red Beans
  • Broccoli
  • Turkey
  • Pinto Beans
  • Spinach
  • Beef
  • Soy Beans
  • Green Beans
  • Pork
  • Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas
  • Carrots
  • Fish
  • Refried Beans
  • Lettuce
  • Tofu
  • Lentils

*You aren’t limited to just these foods, but keep it to these 3 food groups.

One day a week, your Cheat Day, go nuts and have anything you want.
